I had been listening to more choral music by composers as varied as Eric Whittaker, William Bird and Rheinberger - and realised that there was a more experimental track brewing. 'Argus' surfaced in these last few unsettled months, where horizons seemed lost or limited...
...and we're all "searching for somewhere to land". The central character may not be physically powerful, but as we have also seen this year, heroes come in many forms....
