Suris are Lindsey and David Mackie. We create distinctive and timeless sounds. Memorable musical arrangements back Lindsey’s rich, textured vocals, telling unusual and unsettling stories with atmospheric and soulful orchestration. However, smooth the music might seem, there is always something more subversive under the surface.

Reviewers have compared us to Kate Bush, Radiohead, Lorde, Lana Del Ray and even Fleetwood Mac, suggesting genres such as Art Rock, Alt Rock, Alt Folk, Prog Rock, Psyche Rock and Dream Pop.

We play most of the instruments between us. Lindsey (Piano/Keys) takes full writing credits while Dave (Guitars) concentrates on production, mixing and mastering.
